Shipping & Returns


We offer free US shipping for orders above $50. Pretty amazing, right? Our standard delivery method is UPS, and by default, requires a signature for delivery.

Shipments usually arrive between 3-5 business days within the US, and up to 10 business days for international orders. Need it faster? No problem, just select express or overnight shipping at checkout.

There may be charges for international shipments and they may also be subject to duties and taxes.


We do not offer exchanges. Because our shoes are produced in small batches, we can’t guarantee that your desired exchange will be in stock. We suggest you place your new order separately and return the item in your possession for a full refund. Better still, contact us at

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, we will accept unused items in original packaging and provide free return shipping for all US orders within 30 days of the delivery date. A prepaid return label is included in every order. Click here to contact us about a free return.

Items must be in same condition as they were received including original packaging (tissue paper, plastic sleeves, shoe bag and horn). Please use a soft surface (i.e., carpet) to try on your shoes in order to prevent scratches. We will not accept damaged product.

Once your return is received and inspected a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note it can take up to two weeks for our warehouse to process returns and therefore your patience is appreciated.
